Olivier Deniau
President and Founder
Olivier has developed recognized expertise in managing complex projects. Backed by a genuine sense of strategy and a rare ability to adapt, Olivier has successfully led various programs to transform businesses, improve the performance of major customer accounts, turn around industrial operations, expand internationally, integrate companies during mergers and acquisitions, and develop partnerships.
He enjoys navigating in new environments, committing himself to team performance and customer satisfaction.
Since 2020, Olivier has been applying his experience in project and change management, in sustainable development and low-carbon transition.
He is a certified Bilan Carbone® expert consultant by the IFC and a member of the Association pour la transition Bas Carbone.
Victor Deniau
Associate, sustainable development project manager
Victor is a keen communicator, keen to ensure that his work is both meaningful and effective, and draws on a wide range of skills to bring his projects to fruition. His favorite themes are communications strategy and sustainable development.
Victor likes to understand the markets he studies, so that he can make recommendations that are perfectly suited to his customers.
From briefing to delivery, Victor's aim is to support his customers be giving priority ti listening and transferring know-how.. He has led numerous projects and he has demonstrated leadership skills and rigor.
Victor has a solid background in CSR strategy development. He is an ISO 26000 certified consultant.
